Uzbek Samboosas Part 2

Shred the Pumpkin
Add pumpkin to minced onion and add cumin salt and pepper, set aside a while. Squeeze out juice and fill samboosa with the pumpkin mix.
For meat filling:
1/2 kilo mince lamb
2 onions diced small
1 tbs cumin powder
Mix it, then stuff samboosa with it.
