Garlic and Creamy Goodness

Sliced Garlic Butter Chicken

Creamy Mushroom Pasta

I really felt like chocolate today after looking through some amazing DELICIOUS blogs....By the time i got to the store to get the chocolate( for Chocolate Creme Pots that im making tomorrow) and got out, it was to late for making a complicated or slow cooking meal...That's okay! So, I had to think up a tasty meal quick. Here's what happened:

Mushroom and Cream Pasta with Garlic Butter Chicken

The Pasta

1 pack of spaghetti(boiled w/ splash olive oil

blended garlic(as much as you like)

2 spoons butter

Put butter in a pan on med heat and add garlic, cook just to warm it up and add cooked pasta, cook for 5 minutes tossing the noodles constantly. Put in a serving bowl.

For the Mushroom Sauce

1 packet Cream of mushroom soup

1/2 can full cream

cracked pepper,salt

Make soup according to instructions but add only enough water to make it thick. In pan over low heat add cream and soup and stir. Add salt to your taste and then serve over pasta and mix through. Sprinkle the cracked pepper over it.

Garlic Butter Chicken

1 pack chicken breasts(deboned,no skin)

1 tbs blended garlic(i get it in a glass jar)

4 tbs butter(I use Lurpack-no salt)

In a Skillet over med-high heat melt butter, add garlic and cook,stirring constantly for 1 minute, add chicken pieces, cook on each side for about 5 minutes or until well browned to your liking.Put into platter and cut sideways into thin slices.

Serve over the pasta. Enjoy!

Surprisingly, it came out really well, and i loved the taste of the Garlic mixed in with the Cream in each bite.
