Okra Stew and Rice

Today I'm feeling HUNGRY.. The chocolate from yesterday gave me a buzz all night that kept me awake, hence THE HUNGER........

This did the Trick......

Okra and Lamb Stew
1/2 kilo lamb chopped
4 tomatoes
4 onions
2 loomi(dried whole lemon)
1 kilo frozen okra
1 tbs blended fresh garlic
2 cans tomato paste(or 1 small carton)
4 Maggi cubes(2 chicken,2 vegetable)
1 tbs bezar(gulf Arab spice mix)
1 heaping tsp turmeric
2 cinnamon bark
2 tbs butter
Boil lamb in water sprinkled with turmeric(not the turmeric above) until done,drain. Meanwhile cook onions over med-high heat in butter, add boiled meat and garlic, cook for 5 minutes together, add spices, stir 1 minute, add rest of ingredients with enough water to cover, boil over medium heat for 40 minutes. Serve with white rice.
