Oh so chocolaty morning, I've spent my time dipping and tasting and whisking and melting that thick oh so creamy flavorful.......ahhhhh...Humm.....Chocolate!
Creamy Chocolate Brick Mousse
4 bars of Semi Sweet chocolate/baking chocolate
2 bars of butter(unsalted)
4 small cans of fresh thick cream
Melt the butter over low heat and add chocolate, stir to melt, take off heat and add fresh cream,stir through. Put into decorative small cups and refrigerate. Before serving add a small dollop of fresh cream..
